Modern Plumbing Industries, Inc
Modern Plumbing Industries has served Central Florida since 1975, and today it’s one of the region’s largest plumbing contractors, with roughly 250 employees. MPI handles commercial, residential, and industrial work, from single-family homes to high-rises, through two divisions: new construction and service. The service division runs around the clock, with 24-hour emergency response for homeowners and businesses.
MPI is employee-owned. The people who show up on your job site have a direct stake in the company, which shapes how the work gets done and how customers get treated. Over five decades, MPI has grown from a local shop into a contractor trusted on some of the area’s largest builds, while still answering the late-night call for a burst pipe.
